sidestreets and main strips

will you start on a path even if you’re not sure if you’d wanna finish it?
will you walk silently on the hidden alleys just to be away from god’s lips?
will you stalk the shadows of the stars walking up the huge avenue?
will you shine your own shoes and start running, paving your views?

will you rest for a while and compute the signs,
is going back a shorter distance to your own finish line?
