bus ticket
ended up going home late the other night. also, ended up choosing to ride an ordinary bus. for one, ordinary buses are faster than their air-conditioned counterparts (rode one which ran a redlight! along ayala ave!! as in, we stopped then he decided to just ignore the stop sign. add to that, the usual 1hr trip from makati to sm north usually goes down to 30 min in an ordinary bus), two, they're cheaper, and three, their passengers now are not limited to those doing manual labor (feeling ko may mga nakakasabay pa kong mga nagc-call center e..heheh). anyway, the other night i was able to ride one which gave me this ticket (see below, it's the image on the right) kasi they'd usually hand out tickets on rough paper (like the one on the left). well, the bus conductor was holding a device then it just printed this one out like a receipt. tuwa ako. aside from the fare, the ticket had information like the date, the bus number, the bus route, the distance to be traveled, and the TIN. hehehe..instead of receiving 3-4 stubs, you only keep one. it's a good way of conserving paper. :)
